Rooms are nice, bed is comfortable, the a/c takes a while to cool the room. I have a charge from the hotel lobby bar that I didn't make, I feel they should have better measures in place to assure this doesn't happen. I called the hotel on 08/21 and was told no one could help me I have to email the manager, I emailed the manager the same day, didn't receive a reply till the 24th after I emailed again. With a copy of a receipt that doesn't have my signature on it. Today is the 25 and I am still awaiting a reply from the 24th. We will see if they correct the issue, but the issue should have never occurred and now I am spending time having to deal with this.

This place is amazing! Itβs in the perfect location, with an amazing view of the water and riverwalk. The cleanliness is impeccable. The catering for our event was excellent every meal. And, the pool, gym, and pickle ball courts were all very nice. Also, the location is absolutely perfect, in close proximity to bars, restaurants, and the downtown amphitheater that has a lot of cool events, even on a Tuesday night, or Wednesdays during lunch time. I will definitely stay here again!

I am so beyond disappointed with this place. My fiancΓ© and I got a room here for our wedding, and we have had better hotel rooms for $80 a night. We expected so much more from such an expensive 4-star hotel. Sure, the bottom floor with the lobby is nice and the staff is friendly, but that is all the positive feedback I have. We got a king room for around $400 a night, and when we opened the room door we laughed. There is one chair in the corner of the room, a dresser and a bed. The bed is so uncomfortable that I am writing this review while I am unable to fall back asleep. Not only is the bed extremely uncomfortable, but the blanket is just a comforter between two top sheets, no duvet or anything. There's no couch or table to relax at, you have to relax on the bed or the one loney chair in the corner of the room. There is no mini bar of microwave in this room, only a mini fridge and coffee pot. The ironing board was broken when we went to use it. And don't get me started on the bathroom. In the bathroom they use heavy pocket doors that are hard to open and close, and block absolutely no noise. There is almost no water pressure, and the hot water is limited. They don't even bother g
